I’ve decided to tune up my piano in order to play again, even if I’m working my way back up to Liszt from chopsticks. There’s something about hearing music that feeds my soul. I’m the one who’ll dance with you, even if it’s at a stuffy corporate event. Being moved by beauty in art comes easily, and I love the experiences that come from traveling. You can find me meandering around the Louvre in Paris or the Prado in Madrid. I can be as entranced by the awe-striking architecture in Europe as I am people watching in a Parisian café, ruminating with a glass of wine. And while my creativity can take my head in the clouds, I’m still very much here on terra firma. I know how to effectively implement economics while shopping. I know how to bring a bottle of wine to the host of a dinner party. I value how my parents live happily together and will cook a homemade lasagna for one of their birthdays. But nothing could match finding the right one. The one who appreciates my wit as much as my omelets on Sunday mornings. The one who thinks my shy side is endearing. The one who knows that holding hands in public and kissing passionately in the park isn’t the most important part of a relationship, but it definitely helps.
